Jason Sudeikis coaches the Foo Fighters in new video for ‘Love Dies Young'

The Foo Fighters have shared a new video for their Medicine At Midnight track, “Love Dies Young.”

Written and directed by frontman Dave Grohl, the new clip stars Jason Sudeikis. In the “Love Dies Young” video, Sudeikis coaches the Foo Fighters through a synchronized swimming competition. He truly adds a new twist to the Ted Lasso character, turning into a caricature of a coach.

The “Love Dies Young” video sees Sudeikis decked out in a US flag windbreaker. Throughout, he hypes up a group of swimmers wearing one-piece bathing suits. As the video progresses, the swimmers walk out to the pool. It’s then revealed that they’ve been face-swapped with the Foo Fighters. They go on to perform an almost perfect routine before being interrupted by a floating turd.

Foo Fighters’ tenth studio album, Medicine At Midnight, features “Love Dies Young” alongside tracks like “Waiting On A War” and “No Son Of Mine.”
