Future Islands cover Wham!’s ‘Last Christmas’

With Halloween out of the way, Baltimore, Maryland-based synth pop outfit Future Islands are leading the rush into Christmas. The quartet has unveiled a cover of Wham!’s 1984 classic “Last Christmas.”

Future Islands last studio release was 2020’s As Long As You Are, although frontman Samuel T. Herring has kept busy by landing a role in Apple TV’s The Changeling, alongside Lakeith Stanfield and Adina Porter.
